These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the website aaaxel.com (the "Site") operated by Agence Automatisation Axel ("Axel," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you (the "Visitor" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Important note: these Terms govern only the use of the Site for informational and promotional purposes. If you are a client subscribed to Axel's services (Boîte Vocale Intelligente, Google Business Profile management, CRM, website, automations, advertising campaigns, etc.), our Service Agreement governs your contractual relationship with us and prevails over these Terms in the event of any conflict regarding the provision of services. Please refer to the Service Agreement for those terms.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is intended to present Axel's services, including without limitation the Boîte Vocale Intelligente (automated conversational agent), business process automation solutions, online presence management (Google Business Profile, CRM, website), and customer growth and acquisition services (advertising campaigns, brand building). The content of the Site, including any statistics, case examples, and testimonials presented, is provided for illustrative and promotional purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of results for any User who subscribes to our services.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Axel's content
All content on the Site — including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, product names ("Boîte Vocale Intelligente," "Axel Core," "Recall Engine," and other proprietary module or system names), site architecture, and source code — is the exclusive property of Axel or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
2.2 Limited use
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any content of the Site without Axel's prior written authorization, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., browsing, sharing a link to a page on the Site).
2.3 Trademarks
"Axel," "Agence Automatisation Axel," and associated logos are trademarks used by Axel. Any other trademark appearing on the Site belongs to its respective owner.
3. Acceptable Use
By using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases;

The result examples, statistics (e.g., response rates, revenue protected), and case studies presented on the Site are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a promise of similar results for any visitor or prospective client, as actual results depend on numerous factors specific to each business.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Axel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use of, or inability to use, the Site;
- Any error, inaccuracy, or omission in the content of the Site;

This limitation does not apply to the specific contractual obligations set out in the Service Agreement for subscribed clients, which contains its own limitation-of-liability provisions applicable to the delivery of the Services.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., payment platforms, social media). Axel exercises no control over the content of such third-party sites and disclaims all responsibility for their accuracy, content, or privacy practices. Accessing these sites is done at your own risk.

- Our Privacy Policy, governing the handling of personal information collected through the Site;
- Our Service Agreement, governing the contractual relationship with clients subscribed to Axel's services.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Service Agreement regarding any matter related to the provision of our paid services, the Service Agreement shall prevail.
